NRW Minister President Visits German Headquarters of U.S. Company in Neuss

NRW Minister President Jürgen Rüttgers visited the Neuss-based Germany headquarters of the U.S. firm 3M on November 29, joined by CG Matt Boyse. 3M Germany President Kurt-Henning Wiethoff hosted the group and provided an overview of the company’s products and R&D. The St. Paul, Minnesota-based manufacturer of more than 50,000 diverse products in the automotive, aviation, communication, household, medical security transportation, advertising and design fields was recently voted the “Best Employer in NRW.” In Germany, the firm employs more than 4500 persons and generated revenues of more than 1.6 billion euros.
