Alumni Initiative - the Department of State has created an online virtual community exclusively for alumni of United States Government (USG) - sponsored programs

America @Your Library
is a new partnership initiative between the U.S. Embassy in Berlin and public libraries in Germany.

Educational & Cultural Exchanges - in conjunction with the U.S. Department of State's Education USA program, the Information Resource Centers provide information on exchange opportunities in the United States.

Info Alert highlights amd abstracts recent articles and reports from leading U.S. journals and policy sources and provides informed commentary on international and domestic issues.

School Outreach program "Meet US" provides German students with the opportunity to meet with American exchange students, as well as Embassy or Consulate staff and other resident or visiting Americans, to learn more about everyday life in the United States.

Windows on America - a new initiative by U.S. Mission Germany to provide opportunities for minority students who have been traditionally underrepresented in exchange programs between the two nations to travel to the United States.
