13th Transatlantic Dialogue on Media Issues in Duesseldorf

The 13th Transatlantic Dialogue, arranged by the Media Authority of North-Rhine Westphalia in Duesseldorf on December 3, examined the topic “Games: To know what is being played.” The focus of the discussion among experts from Germany and the United States was on “casual games,” particularly on successful business models of this fast growing segment and relevant regulatory frameworks on both sides of the Atlantic. The director of the Media Authority, Professor Norbert Schneider, and Consul General Matt Boyse opened the conference and emphasized the value of regular transatlantic dialogues on current media issues.
