State Parliamentarians Discuss U.S. Mid-Term Elections

Invited by the "German-American Parliamentary Group," NRW legislators and staffers assembled for a breakfast discussion at the State Parliament in Duesseldorf on November 16 to discuss with University of Wisconsin political scientist Charles Franklin the results of the recent mid-term elections in the U.S. Professor Franklin gave an analysis of the public and political climate in the U.S. and its reflection in the individual election outcomes and the composition of the new Congress and Senate.
