Ambassador Coats Gives Keynote Speech at Cologne University's Convocation Ceremony
Ambassador Coats at Cologne University


Ambassador Daniel Coats was the keynote speaker at this year’s convocation ceremony at Cologne University on October 13. In his speech he emphasized the value and importance of educational and scholarly exchange for the transatlantic partnership. Ambassador Coats also congratulated Baron Alfred von Oppenheim on being honored as “honorary senator” of the university and praised his commitment to furthering German-American relations.
