On December 8, CG Matt Boyse spoke before 50 guests at a breakfast meeting of the Business Club in Duesseldorf on “The November Elections and U.S. Foreign Policy.” In his remarks, Mr. Boyse interpreted the results and discussed the debates now underway in the Democratic and Republican parties and in the U.S. more broadly about foreign, security and economic policy, focusing on current discussion about “realism” vs. “idealism” in American foreign policy.
